Wonderful driveway sealed by American Asphalt. They sealed our driveway and three others in the neighborhood here in Rathdrum. They were on time, did a wonderful job and were very professional. Great follow up after the job was done.

American Asphalt took good care of us. Mark came out and sealed our driveway. Unfortunately it rained hard that night and washed some of the sealant off. I called Mark to let him know. He apologized the inconceivable and set up a time to come redo the seal at no cost to us. Mark was quick, caring, and made sure the job got done right. It was refreshing to work with a company that acted with integrity and stood by their work.

I recently hired American Asphalt Sealing, to install a new asphalt driveway our client’s new home. Gerard, the owner of American Asphalt, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He maintained open communication regarding scheduling and timing, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Gerard’s team demonstrated a remarkable dedication to their craft, evident in the exceptional quality of their work. The new driveway not only enhances the curb appeal of my home but also reflects the high standards of professionalism and expertise maintained by American Asphalt.

I highly recommend American Asphalt Sealing to anyone seeking top-notch asphalt services. Thank you, Gerard, and the entire team, for your outstanding service and commitment to excellence!

If you need asphalt work on any level, American Asphalt Sealing out of Post Falls, Idaho should be your first call. From Dylan in Estimating and Sales to Gerard, Owner & Director to everyone on the crew, I received excellent service and great communication. “Say what you mean, and do what you say” is fundamental to a successful project and business. The American Asphalt team lived up to that standard and more. Friendly, helpful, motivated and committed …. they all define these guys. My job was a small residential driveway project but it was completed timely and with a great result. I endorse and recommend them highly.

American Asphalt Sealing Inc paved several of our neighbors driveways this week and we saw the quality of their work and had them do our driveway today. We couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of their work, and their honesty and work ethic. I 100% recommend.

We met with Gerard one night and 2 days later we had a driveway. He was so kind and super excited to work on our driveway. He and his team came early and had it finished in one day and it looks great. 10/10 recommend!

I highly recommend American Asphalt Sealing Inc. Gerard and his team just completed a job for me in Newman Lake and I couldn’t be more pleased with my new parking pad. They went above and beyond. I have already booked them for some more work in the Spring and highly recommend them.

We contacted Dimitar Gerov with American Asphalt Sealing for some asphalt work we wanted done in our parking area. A reasonable price was settled on and they began work the following day. The work took longer than anticipated because a storm passing through shut work down for a couple hours. But the crew stayed late into the evening to finish the job.

The crew was very conscientious about their work. Gerard the owner came on site to help the crew get the job done. We are very pleased with their work. Gerard was great to work with and communicated all aspects of the job very well. We plan on having American Asphalt Sealing come back later this summer to sealcoat the entire parking area.

We had our HOA resealed by American Asphalt.
They did a GREAT job. Double seal, 5 year lifespan. Mike the estimator was super. The job foreman was great. I was very impressed and referring them for other job quotes.
Additional review: In addition to the HOA job above, American Asphalt just completed a reseal on the 47,000 sq ft parking at the church we attend. They did a great job in a timely manner (two days including stripping and numbering) and for a reasonable price.
Again, I recommend American Asphalt.

Had American Asphalt prep and pave my side yard at my new house. Gerard was great to work with. Price was competitive if not cheaper than other companies I quoted. Crew showed up and completed the job on time. Turned out great! Highly recommend.
