We had our HOA resealed by American Asphalt.
They did a GREAT job. Double seal, 5 year lifespan. Mike the estimator was super. The job foreman was great. I was very impressed and referring them for other job quotes.
Additional review: In addition to the HOA job above, American Asphalt just completed a reseal on the 47,000 sq ft parking at the church we attend. They did a great job in a timely manner (two days including stripping and numbering) and for a reasonable price.
Again, I recommend American Asphalt.
