Sealcoat Crew
Job duties include but aren’t limited to:
- Applying sealcoat to a paved surface with a spray wand, squeegee and or brush.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the job site and that there is no property damage. (Overspray on buildings, cars, curbs/sidewalks etc.)
- Managing a crew and ensuring that the job meets company standards.
- Driving company trucks.
- Backing trailers into tight locations.
- Keeping the workplace clean and orderly.
- Keeping the company vehicles clean.
- Have the ability to recognize and correct any equipment or product issues in the field with limited supervision.
- Have the ability to pass a drug test.
- Be able to lift 50+ lbs.
- Using various small machines and tools to complete the job in a timely manner.
- Cleaning and filling the cracks in asphalt.
